The following terms and conditions ("Terms")
constitute a legal agreement between you and the Company, governing
your use of our website and our made-to-order product services.

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms.
1. Definitions

"Product": Refers to goods produced according to
the Customer’s order.

"Order": Refers to a request submitted through the
Website for the production of Products.

"Design Files": Refers to any files, images, or
information the Customer submits for production purposes.
2. Product Ordering
2.1 Ordering Process
When placing an order with the Company:
- Select the desired product and specify all required details

Provide accurate and complete shipping and contact information
- Make payment using the prescribed method
- Review your order
2.2 Order Confirmation

Upon receiving your order and payment, the Company will notify you
within 24 hours via email with receipt attached.

Confirmation of your order indicates the acceptance of the offer and
agreement of our terms and conditions.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without providing
a reason.
Important Notice:
- Please verify all information before submitting your order.

The Company is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect
information provided by the Customer.

Any modification to an order after confirmation may incur
additional charges.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Product Pricing

Prices shown on the website are approximate. Final pricing will
depend on the production details.
- Prices include 7% Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping fees are charged based on total weight of the product's
quantity .
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following channels:
- Bank transfer (Using QR Code)

Important Notes:

Please make payment within 5 minutes after submitting the order.

If payment is not received within the specified period, the order
may be cancelled automatically.

In case of incorrection of payment proof, we will notify you via
email, if the customer did not apply new proof within the
specified period in the notification email, your order will be
remove.
4. Production and Processing Time
4.1 Production Timeframe

Standard Products: 7-14 business days (after
confirming payment)
-
Complex Products: 14–30 business days (depending on
complexity and volume)

Urgent Orders:
May be accepted for an additional fee (as agreed).
4.2 Order Tracking
The Company will update you on the production progress via
email:
- Production start confirmation
- Notification when products are ready for shipping
Exceptions:
The mentioned timeframes are estimates only. The Company is not
responsible for delays caused by:

Force majeure (natural disasters, COVID-19 disruptions, etc.)
- Design changes or revisions requested by the customer
- Delays from partners or suppliers
- Shortages of materials or equipment
5. Shipping
5.1 Delivery Areas
- Delivery available nationwide in Thailand
- Remote areas may require extra delivery time
5.2 Receiving the Product
Upon receiving the package, please follow these steps:
- Inspect the outer package condition before accepting
- Take photos or video while unboxing
- Check the product within 24 hours
- Report any issues immediately

Keep the packaging until you confirm that the product has no
issues
Note: If no one is available to receive the package,
the courier will attempt contact using the provided phone number.
After 2 unsuccessful attempts, the package may be returned, and
additional reshipping fees may apply.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 Customer Design Files

Design files submitted by the customer remain the customer’s
property.

The Company will use the design files solely for the purpose of
producing the ordered products.

The Company will not use the design files for any other purpose
without permission.
6.2 Customer Responsibilities
The customer must ensure that:

The provided design does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or
any intellectual property rights of others.

They have the legal right to use any logos, images, text, or
design elements included in the submitted files.
- They bear full legal responsibility for any infringement.

They will compensate the Company for any damages resulting from
legal claims related to the customer-provided design.
6.3 Prohibited Content
The Company reserves the right to refuse production of any content
that is:
- Illegal or infringing on others’ rights
- Defamatory, insulting, or promoting hatred
- Obscene or inappropriate
- Politically divisive or sensitive
- Imitating governmental symbols or well-known trademarks
7. Order Cancellation and Returns
7.1 Order Cancellation

7.2 Product Returns
The company accepts returns only in the following cases:

Production errors: such as incorrect color, size,
or printing mistakes

Defective or damaged items: defects caused by
production or shipping

Incorrect item received: the delivered product does
not match the order
7.3 Return Conditions
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product
- All items must be in original condition and unused

Provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue or defect
- Return the item with all original packaging
7.4 Cases Not Eligible for Return
The company will not accept returns in the following
situations:

Customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product after
receiving it
- Product has been used or damaged due to customer handling
- Product is damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Return request submitted after the allowed period
8. Warranty and Liability
8.1 Quality Warranty

The company guarantees manufacturing quality according to industry
standards

The product will be produced according to the customer’s approved
specifications

If manufacturing defects are found, the company will remake the
product free of charge or issue a refund based on the quantity
affected
8.2 Limitation of Liability
The company is not responsible for the following issues:

Customer errors: incorrect files, incomplete
information, or incorrect details provided

Color variations: actual colors may differ from
display screens by 5–10%, which is considered normal

Improper use: damage caused by incorrect or
unsuitable usage

Delays caused by external factors: shipping
carriers, natural disasters, or force majeure
-
Indirect damages: loss of income, opportunity
costs, or business-related damages
8.3 Liability Cap
The company’s maximum liability
will not exceed the total value of the order, except in cases of
intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the company.
9. Data Privacy
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed
by the company’s
Privacy Policy.
Customers can read the Privacy Policy to understand how the company
manages and protects your information.
10. Force Majeure
The company will not be liable for delays or failure to perform
obligations caused by force majeure events, including:
- Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, etc.)
- War, riots, terrorism
- Pandemics (e.g., COVID-19)
- Government shutdowns or mandatory closures
- Utility failures (electricity, internet)
- Any other events beyond our reasonable control
In the event of force majeure, the company will notify customers as
soon as possible and will resume normal operations as soon as the
situation allows.
11. Dispute Resolution
11.1 Negotiation
In the event of any dispute, the company encourages resolving the
matter through peaceful negotiation. Please contact us through the
channels provided on our website to find a mutual solution.
11.2 Mediation
If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties may submit the dispute
to the Office of the Consumer Protection Board (OCPB) for mediation
before pursuing legal action.
11.3 Governing Law
- These terms are governed by Thai law.
- Thai courts have jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
12. Amendments to the Terms
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any
changes will be communicated to you through:
Continued use of our services after the terms have been updated
indicates that you accept the amended terms.
