Don't have a print-ready file? No problem! Standard image files like JPEGs or PNGs from your phone or camera cannot be sent directly to industrial printing and cutting machines. They lack the technical "instruction layers" required for high-quality acrylic production.

Our Data Assist Service is a specialized support option where our expert design team takes your raw image and manually converts it into a production-ready format. This service is perfect for customers who are not familiar with professional design software like Adobe Illustrator but want a result that looks like a masterpiece.

We handle the complex technical details for you, including:

Creating the "White Plate": Adding a white ink layer behind your image so your colors stay vibrant and opaque on clear acrylic.
Drawing the Cut Line: Tracing the precise path where our laser will cut the shape of your product.

Pricing Structure

Service Fee: 300 THB

1st Revision: FREE

Additional Revision: 100 THB / time

How it Works

Upload Your Image: Choose the option for Data Assist Service and provide the image file you want to use for your acrylic product during the order form process.
Staff Processing: Our professional staff will convert your image into a technical file ready for our cutting and printing machines after the payment is approved.
Review & Report: We will send a report back to you showing the prepared data and any technical adjustments made.
First Adjustment (Free): If you need changes after seeing our report, your first set of adjustments is completely free.
Additional Changes: Any further changes requested after the first adjustment will incur a fee of 100 THB per revision.
