Copyright & Personal Data Protection (PDPA)

In particular, if you do not hold official permission or rights to use the submitted design data, we may proceed with the production of your order even if the submitted design involves third-party rights. However, please note that all responsibility for the design rests solely with the customer.

Important Note:

In the event of any disputes, claims, or legal actions arising from the use of the design—including but not limited to copyright or personal data protection issues, the customer will bear full legal responsibility as we act strictly as the manufacturer and shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or legal consequences.

Violence & Sexual materials

We also enforce content standards regarding violent and sexual material.

Depictions that are highly stimulating or intended to cause discomfort or disgust.
Explicit depictions of visible genitalia, regardless of whether censorship is applied.
Situations or expressions suggestive of sexual content, including implied sexual acts, even if represented only through text.
Depictions involving human dismemberment, killing, severe physical injury, or other cruel and grotesque expressions.
